This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is comprehensive and therapeutically based. This training exposes you to the many aspects of yoga and how it can re-align and heal the lives of yourself and others.
*200 hours of yoga teacher training is the minimum required to gain the title of Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and any insurance from providers. It is enough to teach yoga safely and effectively. If you like, you may then take the 300-hour training to attain the 500-hour level to share more knowledge with your students.

Ways to take the training?
1. Hybrid In-Person + Online Training Sept 2024-Jan 2025

2. Online training (live + pre-recorded). As long as you have access to the internet, a smartphone, iPad, or computer you, and a space to practice yoga in you are good to go. You will have to submit summaries, do the exams and submit videos demonstrating your practice teaching sessions to receive a certificate of completion. It's really quite simple and you will be properly prepared for all it. You can complete it in as little as a month if you do it full-time, or make it comfortable for your schedule and become a certified yoga teacher on your own time.
